During this session, we will discuss your routines, how much you smoke, why you want to stop, and more. We want to make sure you are ready and committed. When you want to book your treatment, you will be assigned a few simple tasks to prepare for the main two-hour session, which normally takes place 4- 5 days later. At the end of this session, most clients tell us they no longer have a desire to smoke.
